About Laya’s online yoga classes

Joining a live class is simple:

  • Book and pay for your class online
  • Check your email for your zoom link at least 30 minutes before your class

How to book a class and pay

  • View class timetable
  • Book a class
  • Create a new profile (if you’re new) OR Login
  • If you’re new: MindBody will email you a verification link to the email you used to create your profile: verify your account once and you’ll be able to book classes
  • If you haven’t received the email:
    • Check your spam or trash
    • Refresh the page
    • Open your inbox after a few minutes
    • Please contact us if you still can’t find it
  • To buy a pass: Choose a membership option from the list - make sure it’s an online pass as we offer in-studio passes also.

How to join your online class

  • At least 30 minutes before the class, check the email used to create your account
  • Select the link in the email when your class begins: note you won’t be let in until the class begins

Frequently asked questions and concerns

Check for a class email at least 30 minutes before the class. A link will be included and you’ll be let into the class by the teacher at the scheduled class time.

Please check your spam and trash or promotions/updates sections (for gmail users.) If you still can’t find it, make sure that you’ve checked other inboxes, if you have multiple email accounts. Still haven’t gotten the email or have a change in email address? Let us know via email, phone or in-person.  

This is likely from poor connectivity. We cannot control this, however you can try:

  • stop all the apps running in the background
  • clear your cache through the setting tool
  • restart the app and / or device

Book in as usual then contact us to request a recording - this will be available to you for 24 hours.

Tips for creating a calm home yoga practice

  1. Find a quiet room/space in the house to practice in:
    • A well lit room for fast practices
    • A dimmed and warm space for yin and slower flows
  2. Light a candle/incense stick
  3. Before the class, focus on your breathing or stretch
  4. Keep a water bottle beside you
  5. Helpful (mostly optional) props: yoga mat, cushion, towel (that can be used as a strap), blanket
